Tim has spent seven years inside healthcare executive search, partnering with more than 100 start-ups and SMEs across MedTech, Digital Health and Clinical AI , from pre-seed founders making their first commercial hire, to scaling companies assembling international leadership teams ahead of a Series C.

That volume of work, concentrated in a single sector, has built an unusually deep map of the healthcare talent market on both sides of the Atlantic , and the judgement to know which leader fits which stage, which board, and which regulatory environment.

Every Proxima search is led by Tim personally. No handoffs to associates, no outsourced research , one operator, accountable from brief to placement.
